Can You Help With These Problems?

  Console repair
  After accidently connecting the wrong ac/dc adapter, the console is acting flakey. Put new batteries in it and the console comes alive and their is a constant ticking (matches heartbeat) and it will not turn off unless i remove the batteries.

  I WENT TO THE WEBSITE IN THE BOOKLET FOR REGISTRATION, IT SAYS NOTHING FOUND. I WANT TO REGISTER MY BIKE.
