  I recently purchased this gym. When the weights go up it makes a lot of noise and the weights get stuck. Where exactly should I apply more grease?

  should first weight be suspended and set apart from the other . also weight key hole for adjusting weights are not aligned. how can i fix the problem.

  I just purchased this item at wal mart and there were no directions with it. I need them in order to put this product together and enjoy its use. How can I get these directions and user manual?.

  fold up workout plan
  My friend bought the same home gym as i did, but he had a folded up work out plan that you could hang up on the wall in his.... would you please send me one of my own.
