  ENDCAP
  THE SCREW RIGHT SIDE OF ENDCAP THAT ADJUST THE TENSION. THE ENDCAP PLASTIC IS SMASHED IN AND NO LONGER HOLDS THE SCREW IN PLACE. THE RIGHT SIDE IS FIND,IT APPEARS THE WHOLE ENDCAP NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

  belt slows
  We haven't used this treadmill in a few years, and it has been sitting in a barn. When I step on it to walk, it slows down to around 1, then speeds back up to whatever I had it, then repeats this. Do I need to lubricate it, or tighten the belt?
