  out of order
  i bought the adria modle wilst in sydney maybe 10 months ago,i didnt keep reciept thinking they would never fault.they were fine until one day i turned them on and instead of 0:0 they read anywhere between 57 and 58 kgs ive tried new batteries and they still will not start from 0:0,and i cant find any way to tare them back to 0.help me please

  not working
  I weighed a family member on professional scales at 134kg.I weighed him on our home scales the next day and the scales weighed him at the same weight.I know he is not even close to the limit of 150kg.Also there wasn't an error message our scales weighed him at that weight.But after weighing him the scales wont work they now weigh incorrect even 20kgs more then they should.I didnt keep my receipt but scales are prob 2years old.Is there someway I can reset them?Because they wern't used incorectly.
