Last photo.
Note that the side leg-lift attachment is off but that does not matter for how the cables go. Also note that the pull-down looks like it has a length of chain attached. I think that it and the leg attachment are the ones that get the cables with the big ball at the end.

Hope the attached pic is helpful. After all is strung, you adjust it by tightening the chain.

Probably can't but there are at least two companies that make up cables per your specks, including the proper ends (the large or small rubber balls at the ends). It may take a while to google but I saw them once.
