the electronic portion is not working whats wrong

  • Electrical Problem

    Is it the electrical system, or the resistance portion of the electrical system? If it's just the resistance portion not working, then the belt is probably not on the wheels. You may want to take it to a service center. It is quite difficult to take the base apart to put the belt on the wheels.
